When you create an account, you must:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including API usage.

4. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Free Tier

The free tier is provided "as-is" with usage limits. We may modify free tier limits at any time.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

5. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Keep your API keys confidential
  • Not share or sell API access to third parties
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas
  • Include appropriate attribution if required by your plan
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits
API Key Security: You are responsible for all usage under your API keys. Rotate keys immediately if you suspect compromise.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit for translation. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the translation service.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Translate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to create multiple free accounts
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on translations

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Sending an email to registered users
  • Providing notice through the Service
