Kesyon ki poze souvan

Each of these scripts has its own Unicode block: Greek (a sister-alphabet to Latin), Georgian (Mkhedruli), Armenian (modern script), and Ethiopic (Ge'ez / fidäl, used by Amharic and Tigrinya). Amharic to Oromo emits the output in the target's native script with full orthographic conventions.

Modern Greek accents (oxía), Armenian diacritics, Georgian (Mkhedruli has no case but does have punctuation), and Ge'ez vowel modifications round-trip cleanly. Polytonic Greek (with grave, circumflex, breathing marks) is preserved in classical-text contexts.

Output for Greek defaults to Modern Greek (Demotic), the standard form since 1976. Katharevousa or ancient Greek source content is paraphrased into Demotic, then to the target. Classical Greek quotations stay verbatim when bracketed.

Greek personal names use diacritic-marked Greek letters and emit to the target with the standard romanization (ELOT 743 / ISO 843). Armenian names use both Western and Eastern Armenian conventions depending on the speech community; the model uses the form standard in modern published Armenian.

Amharic and Tigrinya use Ge'ez digits (፩-፱) and the Ethiopian calendar. Default output uses Latin digits and the Gregorian calendar; native conventions are available via a post-process option.

Greek has rich case marking and verb mood (subjunctive distinct from indicative); Armenian has seven cases; Georgian has split-ergative case marking and complex verb agreement; Amharic and Tigrinya use Semitic root-and-pattern morphology. The model handles each appropriately.

Greek New Testament passages, Armenian liturgical texts, and Ethiopic biblical references are preserved with original orthography when bracketed. Surrounding commentary translates normally.

Default Georgian output uses Mkhedruli (the modern lowercase-only script). Asomtavruli (uppercase / titular) and Nuskhuri (ecclesiastical) are emitted only when the target context explicitly calls for them.

Modern Greek uses εσύ (informal) / εσείς (formal); Armenian uses դու / Դուք; Georgian uses შენ / თქვენ; Amharic uses አንተ / እርስዎ. The model defaults to formal for business and consumer content.

Yes — Latin segments (brand names, URLs, code blocks) inside Greek / Georgian / Armenian / Amharic source content stay Latin in the output. Mixed-script documents round-trip naturally.

Output defaults to the standard form: Modern Greek (Athens), Eastern Armenian (Yerevan), standard Georgian, Amharic (Addis Ababa). Western Armenian is available via the explicit hyw code. Other regional dialects need post-editing.

10,000 character limit on the web translator, 50,000 via the API. Output for these scripts is approximately 0.9-1.2x the source character count depending on the language.
